The data controller is Maryia Berdyshava, sole proprietor (identification number: 106405532), registered at 27-27a Nino Ramishvili Street, Tbilisi, Georgia.
For any question about how your data is handled:
This policy explains what the site collects, why, who receives it, and what you can do about it.
From the contact form. Your name, email address and message. All three fields are required, the form has no other fields, and the site asks for nothing beyond them.
Technical data. The hosting provider automatically records the IP address, browser type and request time — standard server logs, needed to run the site and protect it from attacks.
The site does not collect special categories of data (health, religion, political views and the like), and does not ask you to send them.
| What happens | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Replying to your form message | To answer your enquiry and discuss the project and terms | Your consent (the checkbox) and steps taken prior to a possible contract |
| Continuing the project correspondence | To agree on scope, timeline and deliverables | Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract |
| Keeping server logs | Site availability and security | Legitimate interest in protecting the site |
Your data is not used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and is never sold.
Third-party services are used to process data. Each acts under a contract and only for the purposes described here.
| Service | What it receives | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Netlify (USA) | Website hosting; contact form submissions and the sender’s IP address | Hosting and form processing. Netlify privacy policy |
| Google LLC (USA) | Notifications about new messages arrive in a Gmail mailbox | Email. Google privacy policy |
If you write via the WhatsApp link on this site, that conversation takes place in WhatsApp and is governed by Meta’s privacy policy, not this one.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.
The services above are located in the United States, so data is transferred outside Georgia and the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework provided by those services.
This site does not use cookies and does not collect usage statistics. There are no analytics, advertising or other tracking scripts here.
If statistics are introduced, this policy will be updated in advance: it will list the cookies and their lifetimes, and no such script will load before you consent.
Form messages and the correspondence around them — one year after the conversation ends, if it led nowhere. If we start working together, the retention period follows the contract and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Server logs — as set by the hosting provider.
Once the period expires, data is deleted or anonymised.
You can:
To exercise any of these rights, write to berdysh@gmail.com. You will receive a reply within the period set by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was already lawfully carried out before the withdrawal.
Complaints can be filed with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge). If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also contact the supervisory authority in your country.
The site runs over HTTPS. Only the controller has access to form messages. Data is not shared with anyone beyond the services named in section 4.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. Children’s personal data is not knowingly collected.
This policy may change — for example, when new services are added. The current version always lives on this page, with the update date at the top. Material changes are not applied retroactively to data already collected.
